Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how VoidSign handles information when you visit the website, join the Development Membership, use the UDID tool, obtain certificate access, or contact support.

VoidSign is an independent service and is not affiliated with Apple Inc. Apple, Whop, Discord, Cloudflare, and other third-party services process information under their own privacy policies.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide and limited technical information needed to operate membership and certificate benefits.

• Membership and order details, such as an order identifier, purchased plan, payment status, and contact information supplied through checkout.
• Device registration details, including UDID and, when supplied by the iOS profile, product type, software version, and device serial identifier.
• Support information you submit in Discord tickets or other communications.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, requested pages, error logs, and security events.

Whop checkout data

When you use a Whop checkout link, Whop independently collects and processes personal information needed to provide its marketplace and payment services. This may include your name, username, email address, phone number, account information, payment and transaction information, purchase history, IP address, device and browser information, and fraud-prevention or security data.

Whop and its financial partners handle payment credentials and may use, retain, and disclose checkout data for transaction processing, account administration, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, analytics, and other purposes described in the Whop Privacy Policy. Whop's handling of that information is governed by its own policies and is separate from VoidSign's handling of information received from Whop.

VoidSign may receive limited information from Whop as the seller, such as your contact details, purchased plan, order identifier, payment status, and other information needed to confirm and fulfill your order, provide support, prevent abuse, or administer warranty remedies.

UDID profile

The VoidSign UDID profile asks iOS for the device attributes needed to identify and register an eligible device. It does not request your Apple Account credentials.

When you install the profile, iOS sends the requested device attributes to VoidSign and redirects your browser to display the UDID. The identifier may be included in the redirect address and transient infrastructure logs. Treat your UDID as private and share it only through an authorized VoidSign support ticket.

You may remove the downloaded profile after the UDID has been displayed. Removing it does not delete information already submitted for membership registration or support.

How we use information

• Provide membership, verify orders, register eligible devices, and deliver certificate access.
• Operate the UDID tool and guide members through setup.
• Respond to support requests and administer eligible Basic or Pro warranty remedies.
• Protect the Service, detect fraud or prohibited activity, and enforce our Terms.
• Diagnose errors, maintain reliability, and improve the member experience.
• Comply with law, valid legal process, and applicable platform requirements.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share only what is reasonably needed with service providers that help us operate, including payment, community support, hosting, security, and infrastructure providers.

• Whop independently collects and processes checkout, account, payment, transaction, device, usage, security, and related information under its own privacy policy. Whop may share limited order and buyer information with VoidSign to complete and support your purchase.
• Discord processes information submitted through the support server and tickets.
• Cloudflare provides website hosting, content delivery, traffic security, and infrastructure services. In providing these services, Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request data, security signals, device responses, and operational logs.
• Authorities or affected parties may receive information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, piracy, infringement, security threats, or harm.
• Information may transfer as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the service, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide membership benefits, maintain registration and support records, enforce policies, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Retention periods vary by information type and operational need.

Infrastructure logs and transient UDID-tool data may be retained for shorter operational periods, while order, registration, dispute, and abuse-prevention records may be kept longer.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. VoidSign uses Cloudflare infrastructure for encrypted HTTPS delivery, traffic filtering, and service security.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your UDID, certificate files, order information, and support-ticket contents private, and contact us if you believe they have been exposed.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding personal information. These rights can be limited by identity verification, legal obligations, security needs, and records required to provide or defend the Service.

You can remove the UDID profile through iOS Settings. To make a privacy request, contact support and provide enough information for us to locate and verify the relevant membership record.

Children

The Service is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to the processing described here. Do not submit a child’s device or personal information without the authorization required by applicable law.

International processing and updates

VoidSign and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms for cross-border processing.

We may update this Policy as the Service, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
